How returns work for the digital brochure.
Digital goods
The brochure is a digital PDF delivered instantly after purchase. Because it's downloadable content that you get access to right away, it can't be "returned" the way a physical item can.
Your right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For instant digital downloads this right ends once the download starts, and at checkout you agree to start immediately and waive it. If your local law gives you stronger rights, those still apply.
Something wrong? We'll make it right
If the file won't download, is corrupted, or you were charged incorrectly, email jakub.mracek@gmail.com and we'll sort it out — a re-send or a refund as appropriate. We'd always rather you were happy than hold €5.50.
Who processes the payment
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record, so billing, taxes and refunds run through them. You can reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or email us and we'll help coordinate the refund.
